At StageOrbit, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all participants.

General Policy

All payments made for speaker participation are non-refundable.

Reason

Upon selection, resources are allocated including event planning, promotion, scheduling, and platform arrangements. Therefore, all payments are considered final and made towards confirmed participation and associated services.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Event cancellation by StageOrbit
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of personal plans
  • Inability to attend the event
  • Dissatisfaction after participation
  • Failure to meet event requirements

Transfer Policy

Participation may be transferred to a future event at the sole discretion of StageOrbit.

Final Decision

All refund-related decisions are final and at the sole discretion of StageOrbit. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
